| Return to Rogue River - Wolf Creek scenic loop | |
Burned Timber Loop TrailThis is a relatively easy hike that takes you past fern lined streams and forested slopes of Burned Timbers creek. Elevation= 1400 feet. Length= 1.2 miles.
Directions (Rogue River - Wolf Creek Loop Map) From Grants Pass, take I-5 north to exit 61 (Merlin). Turn left at the end of the off-ramp and drive 12 miles to Taylor Creek Road (USFS 25) to Briggs Valley. Turn left and drive five miles. Just past the five mile marker, turn left on USFS 2500-35 (this road begins by immediately going over a cement bridge). Drive half a mile on this gravel road to the trailhead.
